All custom packaging is produced and ready to ship as fast as 3 business days. Accessories, plain bubble mailers and plain boxes will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We are experiencing delays with our shipping partner when it comes to picking up and scanning packages. Please allow additional time for your package to show movement after you receive your tracking number.

At this time, we do not offer proofs to ensure you get your order as fast as possible. We do offer a digital preview you can purchase with your custom box order. Your digital preview includes a PDF of our box dielines and the upgrades you have chosen with your order. Your digital preview is not a proof at this time and your order cannot be changed, but it is a great way for you to visualize your order without compromising on production times.

Your boxes are flat-packed and wrapped, then shipped regular ground using FedEx or LTL depending on the location and size of the order. We currently only ship to the lower 48 contiguous states within the U.S.

Our minimum order quantity starts at 25 boxes (1 bundle). This helps us keep some of the lowest prices on the market since we don’t charge print plate fees. Most companies that do charge print plate fees start their minimums at 2,000.
